1. When does Wattiqo apply this privacy statement?

This privacy statement applies to all personal data we process and to all domains related to us. This applies to the personal data of anyone who has ever contacted us or visited our website, such as visitors, customers, and business contacts.

For data processed through our applications, the division of roles as explained in Article 3 applies where applicable. Personal data is all data that can be traced back to you as an individual, such as your name, telephone number, IP address,

The mobile application(s) and the online portal (including the charging management portal) offered as a white-label solution are technically delivered and managed by one or more external platform partners.
